command line arguments default to type PathBuf to reduce messy conversions all around

command line arguments now are type String, it causes String to PathBuf conversions all around in the code

clink integration not working

Describe the bug
lua not picked by clink even it has been installed to the %LOCALAPPDATA%\clink while the clink log file updated each time cmder is up.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. run install.exe -i
2. include 'fastjump.exe' in the PATH
3. cd <foo>
4. cd <elsewhere>
5. j <foo>
6. jump not working, j -s shows no entries.

Expected behavior
jump to the target correctly.

return Vec<Cow<str>, f32> instead of Vec<String, f32> to reuse database strings
