Set up CI builds to create releases

It would be great to set up CI builds (e.g. Travis CI) to automatically build .exes.

Change the git repository in the readme on the code page from juho-p to this git

Just a cosmetic change. The file readme.md still refers to the juho-p git.

You might want to change the reference to:

selection long line breaks into multiple lines

When I generate a JWT token, which is quite long, but needs to stick to ONE LINE.
If I redirect the output to a file, it's one line.
If I use minTTY, and selection the output, it one line.
If I use fatty, it always breaks the long line into multiple line when I select the output, and paste it into somewhere else, such as notepad.

I have to type esc twice in vim to exit from insert mode to normal mode

If I run mintty v3.5.2 directly, my vim is working fine when I type 'esc' key in insert mode. It will enter normal mode correctly. However, if I use your latest version of fatty, I noticed that I have to type twice the 'esc' key. The first type gets no response. Can you check if anywhere in the source code of fatty eats the 'esc' event?

Can you please add back alt+1, alt+2 to jump to the tab?

Thank you so much for your non-stop sync up to the upstream mintty these years. I'm stilling using a very early version of your branch where it supports the shortcut alt+1, alt+2, ... to jump to the tab 1, 2, ...

Can you consider adding alt+1 back to the feature? I personally find it very helpful.
