I was running the patch based (this repo) during this test. I'll go ahead and report back with the suggestions you mentioned.

can you provide the build # of Waterfall-Old that worked fine and the build # of Waterfall patched based that isn't loading native?

Native loads fine, just when compiling native changes the build # interally and throws the startup delay as shown.

@Techcable This can be closed, deduced he is running the old non patch based waterfall and it is just out of date and he needs to have IReallyKnowWhatIAmDoingISwear flag set.
