IDEA : Preconfigured Anaconda Environment + MODIS downloading protocol using wget

Hello !

I think that providing a preconfigured .yml file for an easy Anaconda setup would be interesting for potential users of IceMap500.

I'd also provide an explanation on how to use wget in conjunction with an LAADS DAAC order to batch download MODIS 1KM, HKM and MOD35 files.

I'll generate the .yml file as I am testing the IceMap500 right now.

As for the download protocol, I suggest it is added to the README page !
