1. For all the REST API need to create token which will be passed as authorization in headers

2. For Creating Virtual Machine we first need to create resourceGroupName, storageAccount and also Virtual Interface

3. For Virtual Interface Creation we need to create Virtual Network, Subnet.

4. Every region should be have different resourceGroupName for performing actions of virtual machine

5. While Updating the virtual machine all the fields while creating the VM cannot be updated like location, osProfile, virtualInterface, hardwareProfile etc.
