Let handle page always take the latest stuff

When a stuff entry is deleted/handled the page is reloaded and the next stuff is considered.
Show how many stuff entries are left in queue.

Only show 50 newest stuff entries

The table format should be used for as small resolutions as posible, even if the questions have to break into several lines.

In order to simplify the views we should try using class based views as often as possible.

Parties with no representatives in parliment/EU should be displayed in a separate graph in quiz results.

Virtual scroll not responsive

When resizing down the window in and displaying a question-answer table the list is not updated and large chunks of white spaces are displayed. We need to recalculate what elements to be displayed on resize.

Add user permissions to stuff admin

We should create a few basic tests that can set an example for how the rest of the tests should look like.

Finalize design for mobile version of question-answer table

We have to find a good way to display the table on low resolutions like mobile.

Add support for "other" parties in questions-answers-table

We should only show parties with representatives by default, but with the possibility to show/hide more. One solution could be to have a gear on the top right side of every table where you can choose what parties should be visible/hidden.
