Provide development environment

Turn the optwares to similar to PKGBUILDs (https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/PKGBUILD)
that build the packages and installs to fake rootfs where all compiling takes place.

This rootfs could be stored in SD card for example, and it could be chrooted in to build packages through distcc for example.

The recipe could have PND packaging rules as well, so the system could automatically include compiled libraries from rootfs in PND that doesn't exist in default OS.

This would make developing for the outdated Pandora OS slightly more less frustrating and straightforward. This is not easy task however.

It's probably good idea to separate the build environment and recipes in different git repositories to allow easier collaboration.
