Technical Blog Post Week 4

Great job on this post! I needed some more knowledge on how to use group_by and your post helped to clarify things.

I think you might want to fix some spacing on your blog though. On my browser, you have some extra spaces between some of the paragraphs.

Unit 11 Release 6 Feedback

Hi Patricia,

I enjoyed reading your blog - great job putting together your post. I especially liked the reminder that Reddit is really cool and I should be going there more often. No surprise that all 3 favorites are the sites who aren't frantically trying to sell stuff, right? Haha. Hard to avoid nowadays!

Visually, I LOVE the scheme: the bright yellow + the photo with the deep orange stripe + the red dotted line around the post all work super nicely together. Reading the text over the yellow was a little overwhelming, though (like, hard to keep my eyes focused because of the brightness). I especially like the yellow cause it pops, and gives so much awesome energy to the page, so I'd say definitely keep it - but maybe think about changing just the shade behind the actual text.

I'm excited to read your future stuff. -thanks!

Week 7 Cultural Blog review

Just got done reading your cultural blog post on values. Its nice to see that you are able to live up to your values so well, and that you can use them to evaluate your goals and needs in life. Not much feedback to give, I hope DBC gives you the power to continue to live out your values.

Class vs ID tip

Not an issue...more like a tip. For my technical blog, I further researched classes and ids. For your nav links in the navbar, you could use a class instead of ID. If you are planning on styling all the links the same, the class designation is a little better to use....it's a global styling designation instead of a more specific one like ID.

I like the page though...the black background and reverse text idea is cool!
