sendCmd - sleep 1?

Alciom protocol expects 1 second between each command sent to the wattmeter.
Shouldn't sendCmd() sleep 1 second at each call?

Cannot identify the device

Sometimes,the wattmeter seems to crash between two realtime measurement runs. The provided error is "Cannot identify the device". Trying to relaunch the python script does not help.
In this case, it helps to forcibly stop previous acquisitions:

[...]   

powerspy will "flush" the previous, dangling, acquisition and stop. python script has to be relaunched.
