This plugin works only when requiring pattern-lab core 2.7 due to dependency on EventDispatcher

The symfony event dispatcher that starts the plugin fails to trigger unless the dispatcher version is ^3.0.0, which requires updating pattern-lab core. Alternatively, add a dependency on the correct version of the event dispatcher in this package.

Websocket connection refused

I'm on windows, installed plugin via composer fine, run server with watch fine, Pattern Lab working fine, but auto-reload isn't working and there's a console error:
WebSocket connection to 'ws://localhost:8000/reload' failed: Error in connection establishment: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
Any ideas?

Web Socket binds to localhost only

I've been using Pattern Lab PHP via a docker container. I recently added plugin-reload to the image I manage, but was getting issues connecting to the web socket. A quick check shows that the socket is getting bound to ws://localhost:8000 in AutoReloadServer.php.

Changing this to ws://0.0.0.0:8000 allows binding from inside the container. I'd make a PR, but his doesn't feel quite right as a general purpose solution, though. Maybe there's a good way to configure the plugin declaratively?
