Title Format of Each Content Item Is Not Taking That Of Standard Pattern Lab

Title of each section of content is taking on a different format (font and size) than that of standard pattern lab. Could be related to Issue #1.

Descriptions include HTML instead of Markdown

Most of the pattern markdown files have description text in HTML. This obviously doesn't get parsed correctly. This is one of the most obvious issues, but this kit, along with others like Foundation, Material Design, and others(?) should be flagged for review and updated for compatibility with the latest version of PL.

CSS and js not loading in browser

I installed pattern lab and the bootstrap starter kit following the exact instructions on the Pattern Lab site. I then ran npm run pl:serve

I can see js and css files in:

\public\css\bootstrap.css
and
\public\js\bootstrap.js

but when the page loads in the browser at http://127.0.0.1:3000/? the CSS and JS aren't loaded

Add `embedClass` for embedded media

Fonts are missing from dist

the css is expecting dist/fonts/ to have glyphicons files to load

Contents Are Bleeding Out Flush Against the Edge of Page

Contents are not staying within the usual container of PL. Find a way to get contents within the normal container

Animated progress bar

Two ways to solve this:

1. Get the "Toggle animation" button working
2. Figure out the class applied to the animated progress bar and apply it.

Add Panel Header and Footer to working panel

Panels can optionally have a heading. Need to add dynamic heading that will show up if a panel heading is defined.

Latest version not on NPM

The latest version v0.1.1 is not on NPM yet ==> https://www.npmjs.com/package/starterkit-mustache-bootstrap
