Add `awards` table
Awards we'll want to track:

- Supporters' Shield

Add home-field advantage Elo adjustment
Add alias abbreviations
The column exists in the team_seasons table, but it's currently empty. Add this information to the seed script.
Add margin-of-victory Elo adjustment
Store shootout data and account for it in points standings
