A simple plugin that adds an optimized version of the Google Analytics script to WordPress.
Adding a Google Analytics script to WordPress isn't hard, but you shouldn't have to do it every time you change themes. This simple plugin handles that for you, and uses the optimized snippet recommended by HTML5 Boilerplate.
It also let's you hide the analytics script from logged-in administrators and editors, to keep your analytics count more accurate.

Getting started with Google Analytics for WordPress is as simple as installing a plugin:
- Upload the
google-analytics
folder to the/wp-content/plugins/
directory. - Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
- Add your Google Analytics ID under "Settings" in the Admin Dashboard.
And that's it, you're done. Nice work!
