CRA to Vite

Since create-react-app is no longer being maintained, I propose you switch to Vite. I can help with the switch too if you don't mind you can assign the issue to me.

error in npm install

Hello. First of all, I apologize for my bad english. I am encountering many errors during npm install.

npm and node versions:

npm: '8.11.0',
node: '16.16.0',

switch to something else from node-sass, since it is deprecated and requires node 14.x

Node-Sass is causing issues for others where they cannot run npm install unless they have Node 14.x. This should be fixed by finding and implementing an alternative package for Sass, or switching to vanilla CSS if needed.

Licence?

Hi there, really cool template, I'm playing already with it and thinking about using it for my first portfolio page.

Since there is no license, I wasn't sure, can I use it and under what terms?

`npm install` fails on dependency

Summary

When running npm install build hangs on dependency @mui/icons-materialw, and fails.

System Info

Running on Mac OSX M1.
Node v18.2.0
