Implement option for debug mask passed to eHD related module code
included eHD module code has currently debugging enabled, this needs to be controllable by a logmask option
text rendering not nice in case of TrueColorOSD using Framebuffer is enabled

Looks like code need to improved for

osdteletext is silently closing
osdteletext is silently closing instantly, nothing visible
when triggering a cut mark, picture turns black
triggering a cut mark turns into black picture on replay, also if cut mark is shifted, no still picture is displayed
create RPM spec file
to supply plugin in an RPM, a spec file is required, which also contains the dependency code from hdshm/bspshm
crashes/not working when used with skindesigner
plugin can't be currently used with skin designer, VDR is crashing
- short term: proper blocking of usage with skindesigner
- mid term: try to get skindesigner work with that plugin
OSD is SD-only
OSD (LCARS) looks not nice on Full-HD (1080i) -> support needs to be added
Note: LCARS on "softhddevice" looking very well
vdr crashes if graphlcd plugin is missing
combination of reelbox+mcli plugin only result in instant crash on start

combination of mcli+reelbox+graphlcd works fine -> really strange...
TrueColor OSD is not displaying chars
it should work according to:
Sttng skin + true color works fine.

DVB subtitles not showing
DVB subtitles not showing, and vdr crashed.
Haven't looked yet the reason not to forget.
