Record an event chain for audit

Pass a Transaction object, that contains the audit chain, through all calls in Broker and create a chain of events.

Transaction will be good to add other information in the future, like potentially locks

Source Events

• Attribute update from owner client (self update)
• Attribute publish from non owner client (remote update request)
• Cron Execution, a cron event has started executing

Intermediate Events

• Attribute publish same as the source event, but can called from a subscription or a cron event
• Attribute Transform Event, if the attribute has a definition log the transformation and any errors
• Accept Function (someone is publishing to a non owned key and it needs to be approved)
• On Subscribe, a value is fanned out to a subscription, can be parent to publish events, create cron events

Sink Events

• Publish/Update/Subscribe can all be sink events aswell
• Schedule Cron Job, can be parent to publish events, create cron events, etc

Move all the fmt.Println statements into a "dump" method on the Transaction to print out the entire transaction.

make Publish/CreateAttribute/etc all return the Transaction object
Move the errors and subscription reports returned by these methods into the Transaction object
