Write tests for subprograms in hermes.adb

The file hermes.adb contains subprograms for manipulating octet arrays. Those subprograms lack testing.

Fix SPARK issues in cryptographic_services.adb

The SHA256 implementation in SPARK passes tests, but the SPARK tools are reporting several issues. These issues should be cleaned up.

Write tests for String_To_OID and OID_To_String in hermes-oid.adb

These two procedures allow ASN.1 object identifiers to be converted to/from strings. They should be tested.

Fix SPARK issues in hermes.adb

The file hermes.adb contains low-level subprograms for manipulating octet arrays and converting them into strings, etc. The SPARK tools report several issues with those subprograms that should be fixed. This might be a good issue for a newcomer to SPARK.
