Dead code in demo

Unused code should be removed from the demo so as not to confuse users about what is necessary and what isn't. Example: the ContextMenuStrip.

Extents rectangle is always assuming data in ascending order

Need to create a demo/test project, but chart extents as they are reported in ZoomChanged callback (for example), use axis min/max values rather than true leftmost/rightmost values. That means that, if the chart data is from large to small, the rectangle is backwards.

Consider zooming a la demo code provided by MS

In the MS Charting Samples code (see screenshot below) , they do zooming by simply enabling cursors and setting the Axis.ScaleView.Zoomable property. Maybe we should just use that method.
