Inspector Locks after usage

After painting the inspector can get locked, where selected gameobjects aren't registered and the inspector doesn't change.

There's a long thread about it happening here and the "solution" does seem to work:

Blocky World Editor for 3D Blob Tileset

Hey! First of all, great tool. I've been looking around for days, almost giving up entierly on existing tools and building my own. Blocky World Editor has given me hope that someone else has gone through my same troubles.

Blocks are not instantiated on painting

Hello, I am facing this problem in Unity 2021.3.11f1 with Blocky 0.1.7
I was following youtube tutorial , so I have following presets as in screenshot, but it does not draw (I am pressing left mouse button in gif).
What am I doing wrong? It does not even throw any errors or warnings.
