Optimize Add and Remove

Add and remove can be done but specific functions, instead of reloading the who file each time something changes, which brings HMI degradation

Change secondary style

Instead of adding the file name and line to set a response, use the alternative method:
at line (#line):

Make proper installer

Create an installer, possibly in python, that would move the files to the proper direction.

Toolbar buttons

Add buttons in toolbar to easy access of functions:

• Add comment
• Answer comment

Send comments file by email

Open the default e-mail client with the currently used comments file attached to it.

Subject input too small

Since a default dialog is used, the text input is small to enter a reasonable sized remark.
It would be best to create a window where it would be possible to resize it at will

Change subject file

Add possibility to load a different file with the comments.
It should persist in the current session, but not once the project/gps is close.

Identify subject number per line properly

If there's more than one subject in a given line, it will request the user to choose from the different subjects.
This is acceptable when coming from the File Editor, where the user didn't select a subject.
But she could also have selected from the Locations menu, where it should be able to identify the selected subject.
Couldn't find a proper way to retrieve the selected line in Locations.

Add login in comment

Add user login to add in the begging of the comment.

Filter subjects by file

Just load in Locations the subjects of the active file.

The file could be identified with:
import os.path
os.path.basename (GPS.current_context().file().name())

But there's no hook to track if a new file was open

Add a new menu option to refresh? Bit nasty...

Read-only file error

No check is made to see if the file is read-only.

Change comments style

Change the line highlight to a color other than red.
