Add sorting for players and matches

Add help text to /addMatch

enable searching by champions with any acc, enable person searching

Right now, to search by champ, u need to first select an acc. This means you cannot filter by just a champion. Also, you cannot search by person.

By making search criteria independent, we can also enable champion/person clicking in the People / Champions tabs.

add mhtml support

.mht is .mhtml on windows, need to determine if they are the same, and if so, include that extension in the file input and backend extension validation

animate banner a bit

website looks a little static (although the accordions are interactive)
