Build and Rebuild

Currently build and rebuild won't create drupal_docroot if does not exists.

One of them need to create it if it doesn't exists.

There should also be a way to force deleting it and recreating it again.

Plugin system

Similar to git plugins, if a command was not found look for drop-$command executable.

Using docroot path as an alternative to drop.yml

Most drop commands only need to know where the docroot is.

So, maybe, in case of the absence of a drop.yml file we can check that argument for a directory and take it as a docroot.

In this case, we can do the following:

$ drop ./docroot/ fix-missing-modules
