Pass .env for to docker-compose

Variables from .env can be used in docker-compose for docker build arguments

Error on image publish

Using latest 0.2.6_rc_1 action after building 2 images from docker compose, on publish try I am getting some image errors. The action tail lines are:

Creating image_1_1 ... 
Creating image_1_1 ... done
Creating image_2_1 ... 
Creating image_2_1 ... done

Hey guys, thanks for this GH Action!

I'm getting started with this and noticed I would get an error about the ghrc.io host.

I think this has to do with the following line, where ghrc.io should be ghcr.io.
