PulsePortraiture (PP): a wideband pulsar timing code written in python. It uses an extension of Joe Taylor's FFTFIT algorithm (Taylor 1992) to simultaneously measure a phase (TOA) and dispersion measure (DM). PSRCHIVE, lmfit, and the latest vertsions of numpy and scipy are required.

Add future requirement for py3 branch

Since some of the functions in the Python 3 branch use the old behaviour function, the future package should be a requirement. Normally it's not an issue, unless you're using a virtual environment.

When you run pptoas.py -d metafile_with_archive_names -m model_from_ppspline_or_ppgauss --one_DM --quiet
The following error occurs:
