Regular crafting results in an uncraftable potion with no effects

whenever any craft is completed, the output slot has a uncraftable potion with no effects. exiting the menu without taking the potion results in it dissapearing, but it is possible to take it out, resulting in free glass bottles after drinking

some suggestions

really cool mod, I have some suggestions

1. make it impossible to combine 2 identical potions, so as not to end up accidentally wasting them
   

2. make it impossible to apply Gunpowder to a combined potion, because when applied, the potion becomes ineffective, completely useless
