Methods for removing/giving coins

Already have them, just need to move them to the right place.

Methods to check for coins

This method will make everyone else life easier when they hook into this. It'll return true or false, if the player has enough coins.

Problem 1:
When a vault is destroyed, an EOFException is logged. Not sure what's causing it, but the only problem that I can see it is causing, is that the vault location files aren't removed.

Not a super big issue. If someone else places a vault in that location, the file gets overwritten with a new fill containing a blank inventory

Problem 2:
Pretty sure it's a spout issue, but on every second log in, all the textures disappear.
