Highlighting off by default.
Functionality request. Aligned passages should not be highlighted by default. Instead when a word is clicked aligned passages containing that word are highlighted.
UI for accurately selecting overlapping alignments.
Remove whitespace between aligned tokens.
Use switch_grid for switches in the option menus.
Certain punctuation marks are excluded from alignment highlighting.

In the screenshot below, there is a section (at C), where Caesar is mentioned in the English but not in the French. Any idea why it is still highlighted? I have turned the Latin highlight off (and, in any case, that portion of the Latin is not aligned).
