Window sizing Problem with Arethusa widget

Migrating from perseids-project/GardenerPrototype#1
for some themes (Leap-year and Hacker) the widget loads in too small, but will slowly get bigger if you keep switching between trees.
For most other themes, the window will load, but after switching between trees with "cut" off the bottom of the window.
resizing the window always results in a duplicate of the window appearing below it.

context menu offsets are just screwy in the jekyll theme. maybe will do a new morph template instead which just has a fixed position above the tree.

I think we should recommend that people register their publication repos on Zenodo and get DOIs for them. @TDBuck can you add this step to the README?

document widget build procedure...

it seems like it will be awhile before the gardner widget branch of arethusa can be merged into the trunk so we need to at least document how and where the arethusa code comes from here...
