Provide explanation of using decompile command file

there is binary encoding for ImageData and that is a result of the "Name AutoCorrect Option"

Update README

Couple things for possible addition:

1. in depth explanation for step 3 in README:
   The file .gitignore is set to ignore accdb files so this work around allows the template file to be available.

2. Add steps to fork the aegit repo in instructions on how to use with your own database

GitBook cli is deprecated

Remove GitBook code and keep the md docs
