query sns canisters cycles

Feature Description

• add an option for the type of canister: "own canister on the ic" or "root sns canister"
• if own canister, fetch the cycles as already implemented
• if root sns canister, use the get_sns_canisters_summary end point to query the status of each canisters of the sns project and list all canister and remaining cycles within the gui.
• note: no controllers has to be entered here, so I might also change the sign-in flow and requires a sign-in only for own canisters
