Add Support for Strings With Leading Quote

Currently Numbers and Excel will export .csv files without the leading ' for strings. The utility should support for manually created .csv files that may contain a leading quote.

Ability To Define Which Lines To Generate

When using a csv file, there are instances where the user will only want to generate the last few lines or only the lines that were modified. There should be an argument to define which lines to use for generation.

Use Filename If Table Name Is Not Defined With Table Flag

It is common that when exporting a CSV from excel that the filename is the name of the sheet which is being exported. If a user chooses to configure their sheet to reflect the same name the table which is being manipulated, we should use the filename as table name.
