The “last update time of this doc” is not accurate

We found that “last update time of this doc” is often changed, even if the doc is not updated

部署在vercel、cloudfare、render均不能正常显示？仅本地和vps服务器正常。

在本地和vps服务器上测试均正常，但在上述静态托管服务上均不能正常显示，vercel和cloudfare上是不显示时间，直接显示{docsify-updated}字段，在render虽然显示时间，但是每一篇文档的时间都是整个仓库最近一次push的时间。
这个有解决办法吗？

[Feature Request] Would it possible to place the time-updated section above?

Hi there, thanks for bringing this plugin, it worked as a charm, credits to your work.

Nevertheless, would it possible to place the time-updated section to the top of the page? Or add a switch whereToPlace: 'top'/'bottom'. In my usecase, some pages are updated so often that i have the habit to check the update time, but scrolling to every bottom is not so convenient.

I would like to fix it myself and send you a PR, but i'm not familiar with frontend. Is it possible to bring out this feature?

'updated time' is not reflected in 'http://localhost:3000/docs/#/'

• http://localhost:3000/ it shows OK.
  - http://localhost:3000/docs it shows {docsify-updated}.

• http://localhost:3000/ 显示正确
  - http://localhost:3000/docs 有二级域名的时候，显示 {docsify-updated}.

Error in sub-languages md file

Hi there,

I'm happy to use your plugin on my website:

Everything works fine on the main En page.
However, I tried to support new languages on my page, e.g., vi-vn. To do that, I created a new branch and put translated markdown file into this branch without index.html.

All other content works fine but your plugin is not. It appears like this: last update time: {docsify-updated}

插件 count 也使用到了 defaultOptions 这个变量从而导致 js 报错，有没有好一点的解决办法 orz

'updated time' is not reflected in deploy and public

Hello. Actually, the updated time shows up on the local server,
but when I deploy and publish it, it shows {docsify-updated}.
I used both min and normal js and it was the same.
How can I solve this problem?
