  Requirements:
		PHP 5.3 or later
		MariaDB 5.2 or later
		Apache or IIS
		A Web-browser (doh!)
		
  Summary:
		UNS is a PHP and MySQL based set of scripts that is intended to manage and
		display messages on monitors. With the ability to enable emergency messages
		globaly, or have unique lists of URLS for each display.
