Potential issues due to *-upstream rename / expand README

With connman installed on Debian Jessie 8, installing the built upstream package initially fails with:

Breaks existing package 'connman' that conflict: 'connman'. But the 'connman-upstream_1.30-0.1_amd64.deb' provides it via: 'connman'

Removing the installed package allows installation, but if done via apt-get remove, rather than apt-get purge, it fails with:

Installing new version of config file /etc/dbus-1/system.d/connman.conf ...
insserv: script connman-upstream: service connman already provided!
insserv: exiting now!
update-rc.d: error: insserv rejected the script header
dpkg: error processing package connman-upstream (--install):
 subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1

Removing /etc/init.d/connman made it work.
