Create binary Plink file

It would be very useful to add the binary Plink file format to the convert module.

Read GZIP files

It would be practical to add gzip compatibility for the script. The following files could be gzipped to save disk space.

• Beeline report(s)
• Manifest file

It would be necessary to read the files in binary formats (to ensure that both plain text and gzipped files are properly read).

Different Beeline reports column names

In a new version of Beeline, the name of some column changed. We need a way to manually specify the column names.

For example, the old column for the sample identification number was Sample ID. Now, it is Sample Name.
