Upper and Lower limit actions fall back to the default action if not set

If a limit is set without an action. The plugin should use the default plugin action.

When I look here I see you have released a new version that's not yet in my stream store, how can I get the update?

Plugin not receiving data, 401 response

Plugin button was frozen on the logo, took a look in the debug console and saw this:

Its trying to load this URL for my ticker

And its receiving this error:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 401 ()

I see the same thing when I try to load the link directly, did something switch to paid/authenticated at yahoo?

1M & 3M Charts Unavailable

Currently not able to view 1M & 3M charts once they've been selected.

I loved the last update, the many options make it really nice. Unfortunately I miss the function to display decimal places (remove them). Furthermore, I would be very grateful if you could implement the function again, where you can set a High & Low which will then be displayed in red or green when this value is reached.

I hope you could implement this in the next update <3

Doesn't work

Doesn't work since I updated my streamdeck to the 6.0

Currency symbol

If Yahoo is displaying an international stock in the local currency and I choose that currency in the Stream Deck config it will be incorrectly converted as the plugin thinks the original value is in USD. So for those stocks I need to select USD as currency for the value to be correct but then have incorrect currency symbols.

Feature request: FIAT currencies rates

Would be great to display rates for pairs like EURUSD etc.

Stonks stopped updating values

The Stonks button stopped updating on my Stream Deck, stuck on old values from several days ago. I tried switching symbols and the new symbol appeared on the button but the values didn't update. I tried clicking Restore settings and also killing and restarting Steam Deck without success. I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin and now I just get a green bird icon.

Any other things I can do to try to debug?

Stonks buttons no longer active

Hello,
I recently started up my computer, and the Stonks Icons I have set up no longer work. It's been this way for a few days.
Ive tried making new ones, and deleting old ones, and recreating them. Noting seems to be working.
Any advice or other steps to take to make them work again?

Price Chart Flatlines After Market Hours

Hi,

When trading hours are over for the market, the price chart has a flat line for all charts except for 6m and 1y.

Bug US$ Index - DX-Y.NYB

Hi,

first let me say - great plugin !

Found a small issue - If I try to add the US Dollar / USDX Index "DX-Y.NYB" - (https://uk.finance.yahoo.com/quote/DX-Y.NYB?.tsrc=applewf&guccounter=1) then the plugin goes straight to the "Limits" screen.

If I click the icon (short) it will change to show "expected" graph. If I move to another "screen" and come back - I get the "Green Bird (Goose?) Logo" - which stays on the device.

Add option to change the Stock name to larger font & hide time interval

Hi, thanks for a great stock app for the Steam Deck.

Would it be possible to add an option to resize the font for the Stock name in the top? The price is a perfect size for viewing from a distance, but the stock name in the top is a bit too small. (would be perfect with the same size used in the Stock Ticker app from BarRaider)

Also when viewing the ex. 1 day chart, would it be possible to make an option to hide the time interval? It seems redundant when only using ex. 1 day or 2 hour on all the active stock tickers, but of course useful when changing between the intervals.

I would gladly pay for adding above options (I already donated :)

Upper and Lower limit colors initial values not persisting

When setting a high or low limit without setting the colors. The colors are undefined resulting in a white square.

Chart Data Flat - For Sub Day Charts in v1.1.15

With the migration to the v8 api, the sub day charts are showing flat. It may be because I am looking after hours or because there is a deeper issue.

"Error - ReceiveSymboleE"

Not sure what the full error message is as it seams cut in both ends, but since two weeks all my trackers only says "Error ReceiveSymboleE".

If I click on it, sometime it shows the graph for a micro second.

Stocks with no post market value showing wrong market state

Has no post market price. It is showing the market state as open even after hours.

Suggestion not issue

Not an issue, but a thought would be if you could somehow link the button to make a hotkey or function to pullup a ticker in your broker window. I think just allowingf the button the option of a hotkey would do the trick. Each broker is different but a person could program the hotkey per their broker if the hotkey function were available to add in. Would be AWESOME :)

Graphs disappeared

Hi, I have the issue that since yesterday instead of the graphs (e. g. 5 days view) there is only shown "loading". Reinstalling didn't help. Thanks in advance for helping :)

Error ReceiveSymbol

Since yesterday I only see "Error ReceiveSymbol". Any ideas?

Tickers not showing

The plugin seems to get stuck with multiple tickers. I couldn't find a specific ticker or number of tickers that would cause it. Currently using:

Price Chart Is Incorrectly Colored

Hi,

If the asset has a lower price than 1d ago, then all of their charts are colored red. This doesn't make sense when, for example, a 1m chart has an upward trend.

The opposite is also occurs if the asset has a higher price than 1d ago.

What's the interval for the refresh?

Would it be useful to be able to configure that per symbol? And make clicking the button to refresh instantly?

Hi! I have been using your plugin without this issue, but yesterday evening / today morning it happened again. I actually saw it happening, ironically, but I felt it might be a temporary problem.

USDCOP=X used to work fine, now shows wrong value

USDCOP=X should show something like 4400 but for some reason now shows something like 0.962

I think it's because "Colombian Peso" is not an option in the currency drop-down

Tickers not updating

Hello, crypto's are working fine however stocks are not updating. I.E spy still @ 389.63$

I am having issues where sometimes it will not update the prices as if it is frozen. I have deleted the plugin and I have tried reinstalling it and same issue. I have had issues before with other plugins where sometimes it will automatically remember what crypto/stock was in that certain space on the streamdeck. I have a streamdeck XL and it is fully updated on a windows 10.

To improve it even further, may I suggest to implement in the Stonks settings so that large (and small) numbers can be shown in any of multiple formats so as to also support fitting as much info with as little screen real estate as possible?

As there are many users using different languages/cultures, the letters would probably be easier to implement as customizable by the user. Although there are some interesting possibilities to intelligently, automatically and dynamically change the scale depending on the value itself.

From a user perspective it might simpler if the configuration had a drop down menu with preset scaling and formatting systems available, for instance:

Formatting options:

• Unscaled (e.g. 1000.00)
• Unscaled, thousand separated (e.g. 1 000.00)
• Scaled, Superscript prefixed (e.g. ³1.000)
• Scaled, Superscript suffixed (e.g. 1.000³)

• Scaled, SI prefixed (e.g. K1.000)

Charting

Have you looked into if some form of low level charting could be done?

I see the basic stock plugin had green/red arrows to show the daily +/- position and your range versions seems already more advanced, nice!

Would be great to have some high level charting / visual for how a stock moves across the day

i.e. per hour/30m/15m would probably enough on such small button to provide a quick glance of the daily movements to save having to look at bigger charts on some days.

The percentage in the change footer is always false by a factor of 100

In the example image, AMD is at 118.21 down from 125.27. The absolute change is displayed correctly (7.06), but the relative change is actually 5.6% but is displayed as 0.05%

This is always the case for the change footer no matter of the symbol

Basically installs then just sits with logo, changing any of the parameters does nothing, any ideas??

Issue with Downloading Plugin

The plugin started to not respond a couple of weeks ago, so I deleted it. I updated my SD to 6.0.1.17722 once it was released.
I go to download the Stonks plugin to check to see if it is working again, but it shows that it is downloading and then when I go to search for the plugin, it's nowhere to be found. And then I go to search for it again in the store and it shows as if I didn't just download it.
Not sure what is going on.

To fit large numbers on the Streamdeck buttons, abbreviate numbers over some threshold.

GBP no longer available in Currency drop down (1.1.9)

I'm not sure if it was an error in the Columbian Peso update, but GBP / UK Pound is no longer available as a display currency.

Feature request - show exchange rates

I would like to be able to display currency exchange rates. Currently this appears supported only for crypto, for instance by using ETH-USD. If you try to use a physical currency such as GBP-USD, AUD-GBP, EUR-USD this is not possible.

Features Request

• Option to show after market (on/off)
• Option to change volume for other indicator (PE/Market cap/% change/$ change)
