Abstract LDAP config

Instead of forcing users to copy ini files and whatnot, perhaps it would make more sense to have every configurable option be an environment variable. Or not. There are a lot of them after all.

Regardless I think there should be a more streamlined way of setting up the server, both Mumble and the authenticator.

Supervisord logs

Need to find a way to have the logs from both the server and the authenticator show up in the Docker logs, instead of having them show up in log files that need rotating.

The issue is that running supervisord as non-root messes with being able to output to the stdout. However with the update to python3, maybe this has been fixed? I'll check at some point...

default mumble-server.ini

It's not really an issue, but for people new to mumble like me it's frustrating because your default file contains a tiny error.

Shouldn't the part with #ice="tcp -h 127.0.0.1 -p 6502" be commented out? It took me a while to figure that out. Or does it have a purpose that I don't understand?
