Add documentation language for checking server connection settings

Add documentation language that instructs the user to double check their connection info including SSL ports.

On blog post view remove or fix Recent Posts

The recent posts block is empty on the single blog post view.

We should hide this or fix the content by adding a similar call as we've done on the other pages (ton of copy and paste, may want to hold off for now)

Customize favicon

While the sculpin favicon is great, we should probably have our own.

Add documentation for writing plugin tests

Placeholder links aren't rendered properly

Fix Documentation to help developers get Phergie up and running

Per discussion in IRC, a developer has mentioned our documentation is rather weak. We should fix this asap.

Fix Recent Posts Data

In the side bar of pagination pages the 3 posts will always be the 3 posts on the current page.

We need to figure out how to call posts as different variables so we don't mix these up on pages.

Also / maybe another issue: We need to see if there is a better way to call posts in the recent posts partial than this: 4539a55

(adding the posts to every page)
