Make EOI a built-in rule

It is built-in, see in pegged.peg, EOI is an alias for End, the parser that recognizes an empty input.

Trying this:

mixin(grammar("A <- EOI"));

Gives:

Error: undefined identifier EOI

Am I just doing something wrong?

I see it on Github (pegged.peg, line 187 if memory serves). And the grammar module import pegged.peg publicly, so EOI should be visible.

So I don't know. You do not seem to be doing anything wrong...
