Manage processes with Procfile
Paper Trail
We are using paper_trail to track changes to tickets (such as status updates, etc), but they are currently not being shown in the comment list.
If someone changes the status or assigns it to a new agent, I'd like to show it interspersed in the comments list showing what action was performed (much like on GitHub issues).
Full test coverage
This is embarrassing. I've gotten lazy about continuing to write tests. I'd love it if someone could help me with this. I am not opinionated about test frameworks. Any help in this area would be greatly appreciated.
