In the example above both the base64-encoded-body & hex-encoded-body get matched however, the latter is nested within a HTML comment
A skeleton generator for new IOK rules would make starting easier and clearer

To lower the barrier for writing new rules, provide a simple editor on phish.report/IOK that accepts a rule and a urlscan.io link and says whether they match

I'm wondering if you'd consider supporting and utilizing the author field in Sigma as a way of publicly recognizing contributors in IOKs.
We could have a web builder for quickly creating the YAML file, which would further decrease the barriers of entry and speed up rule creation. Rather than writing the full rule, users could click buttons and write into text boxes to build the rule.🚀
