PHP error reporting

Thanks for this script.
In my PHP environment it was necessary to add the following line to the top of this php file.

<?php error_reporting (E_ALL ^ E_NOTICE); ?>

Otherwise PHP errors were appearing in the form, and causing chaos.

Just a heads-up for anyone else who finds this script, and has similar php error issues.

Invalid IP When Using CIDR Standard IP Range

Thanks for the work on this. I receive this error below when trying to add IP block (207.241.0.0/16) as IP Range.
