Provide internationalization

Currently, we have only hardcoded german texts.

This should be changed to use English by default.
The german translations should still be used if the browser uses German as default language.

Remove icon from manifest

Loading the page currently gives the following error on the console:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
/favicon.ico:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
phoenox.github.io/:1 Error while trying to use the following icon from the Manifest: https://phoenox.github.io/yatzy-sheet/icon-512.png (Download error or resource isn't a valid image)

This should be fixed.

Make PWA installable

In theory, the PWA should be installable.

However, the integrity digest is currently not correct:

Failed to find a valid digest in the 'integrity' attribute for resource 'https://phoenox.github.io/yatzy-sheet/index.html' with computed SHA-256 integrity 'E0FX0M7AycpglSgMWFXo+pwCbDOxmCPrwC/yrNEWDz0='. The resource has been blocked.
Unknown error occurred while trying to verify integrity.

This should be fixed.
