Sorry for the rather delayed response! Are you still getting this problem and have you tried the more recent v2.0.x alpha releases?

Yes—2.0.4.0 also worked correctly for a couple of days and then stopped pushing changes immediately.

In the logfile for v1, it shows it registering for Push events at the end of the manual sync:
2015-07-10 06:17:07,043 INFO 1 OutlookGoogleCalendarSync.OutlookCalendar [0] - Registering for Outlook appointment change events...
Are you saying it never captures any changes though? You would see something like "Detected Outlook item changed." in the logs when you update an appointment in the calendar being synced.
Are you aware of anything happening, such as Outlook being restarted whilst OGCS is still running, when the Push sync stops working?

Running 2.0.6.0 now and, yes, it still no longer catches changes—though sometimes it incorrectly detects a change and syncs zero items. As far as I can tell, nothing special is happening with Microsoft Outlook—I can close Microsoft Outlook and OGCS, start
Microsoft Outlook and then start OGCS, make a change and never see my changes synced (unless I do it manually of course).
