I think this might be an oddity of trying to still support .Net3.5 as well as 64-bit Outlook. Have you tried v2.2.1 Portable ZIP - I think this might not suffer the same problem.

If it does, let me know and we can try a one off release for you to try.

This thread talks about .NET 4.5.1 being a problem. You could upgrade to 4.5.2 if this is what you have installed, or try this
workaround:
netsh winsock reset

If that doesn't work, it may just be anti virus is being stupid...!

To rule out a code change causing this, you could revert back to v2.1 of OGCS and see if the problem remains?
