Use the correct UTF-8 character for vertical line

Will you accept a PR for using the correct UTF-8 for the vertical line (pipe)?

This is currently using the utf-8 encoded char 7c (|) instead of e2 94 82 (│, which is a bit taller; this is what is used by the native tree command):
