Take vold into considerations, uevent handler has to be modified:
  * uevent simulationm resilient to missing value
  * eliminate unexpected SIGSEGV

Primitive implementation against vold is working.  However, the modifications 
against frameworks/base is 
required for Mass Storage support: UI & media tracking.
