When is the warning issued? What did you install right before?

nothing before it. When I install it using "ember install", it adds
"ember": "^2.11.0",
"bootstrap": "~3.3.4"
to the bower file on its own. Currently I have to leave them there to compile so it my not be terrible right now. However since Ember-CLI warns me I wanted to pass it on.

@spruce I think the update of ember-cli-htmlbars maybe actually causing other issues. I will create a new ticket and reference this and others.

thanks. For the record I pulled the Master and I was able to remove the entries from Bower and everything seems to work fine.
