upgrade if there was a human-readable changelog. Unfortunately, git commit
messages can be terse and often don't tell the whole story. They're also in
reverse chronological order, making them hard to read in GitHub.

Thanks. I was upgrading from 1.1.0 to 1.3.0 (I guess I fell behind) and it was a bit hard to piece together exactly what changed.
