extra camera rework

planned features

  • camera will now track the p/s wave until the first update from the maphandler recieved
  • the epicenter location will change when the first update fetched from the main one, this means that when the first p and s wave epicenter text will not be in english until the first update from the index is recieved

rework the camera movement

  • make the camera focus on the intensity report, completely ignoring p and s wave
  • also hides the old information when theres p/s wave, then shows the thing back when the new information is recieved
